Airdrie RCMP are investigating after City property was defaced around 10:00pm on Sunday (December 17).

In what police are terming mischief, a male suspect was seen spray painting a symbol onto an electrical box and mailbox in Morningside with black spray paint.

The male suspect was described as wearing a black hoody, black jeans and purple Vans shoes. He also had a black book bag with possibly a square white decal.

Police are hoping anyone that might have witnessed the incident will come forward and help them with the investigation.
