The Airdrie Lioness Club got a huge boost from the community last week for their Christmas Hamper Program.
During the AIR 106.1, Live Drive For Extras on December 2nd, the Club received $23,000 in cash donations, which included a massive $20,000 check from Airdrie Dads.
The Hampers also brought in $5,000 in Gifts and $2,500 in food donations.
Students from Muriel Clayton Middle School also gave their support to the local cause, raising $5,150 through their Penny Carnival.
