If you want to have your say in what changes will be implemented in the new Alberta Education curriculum, now is your chance.

David Eggen, Minister of Education, is asking parents as well as students to participate in the new Curriculum Survey that was launched on Tuesday, October 18.

It is an opportunity to share your views on Arts Education, Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, Sciences, and Wellness Education.

There is also an information session in Calgary on November 8, that will allow parents from Airdrie and surrounding areas to learn how the curriculum process works and ask questions about the survey.

The changes will start to be implemented in 2019 for students in grades 5-8, while students in grades 9-12 will see the changes between 2020 and 2022.
