After a three-month long investigation, charges have been laid against the driver of the semi-truck that collided with the Humbolt Broncos bus back in April.
29-year-old Jaskirat Singh Sidhu of Calgary is facing 29 charges.
He is facing 16 charges of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death, and 13 Charges of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm.
RCMP say Sidhu was arrested Friday morning without incident at his home in Calgary.
Sidhu is expected to appear in court next week and remains in Saskatchewan RCMP custody.
