Games 37 and 38 will be played beginning tonight.

Tomorrow, the Thunder travels to Stettler for a 7:30 p.m. game against the Lightning and that will wrap up the 2018-2019 regular season of the Heritage Junior Hockey League.

Head coach for the Thunder Derek Stamp speaks about the team's dynamic this season.

"Our defense is a huge part of all the offense that we are generating. You know, Jason Wenzel is in the top group of league leaders for scoring and has put up outstanding points for a defenceman. We want to be a possession team, we want to make sure we transition with the puck with speed as much as possible."

The Thunder leads the northern division as well as the league with a total of 66 points this season.

Over in Cochrane, the Generals will be visiting Strathmore to play the Wheatland Kings tonight at 8 p.m. The Gens have a record of 25-8-2 this season and sit third in the southern division.
