The Western Canada Summer Games continued yesterday for two Airdrie athletes.

In the para-sport 200 metres, 15-year-old Saheed Alawiye of W.H Croxford took home the bronze with a time of 49.16 seconds.

Airdrie's Conner Fortier also saw action yesterday with two games for the Alberta baseball team. The 16-year-old played team Saskatchewan to start off the day but fell 11-4. However, the Alberta team rallied for their game against team Manitoba and won 13-9. 

The baseball action continues today with the gold medal game that will be played at 2 p.m.
