RCMP is happy to report that Mikka Manybears has been found alive and well.  RCMP thank the media and the public for their assistance.

Stoney Nakoda RCMP, with additional resources from Cochrane RCMP, Cochrane Search and Rescue, Alberta Forestry, and the CPS HAWK helicopter were searching for a 10-year-old boy with vulnerabilities, from Stoney Nakoda First Nations. 
 

A search is underway for a missing boy

Mikka Manybears (10),  had last seen at his home on June 3, 2022, at 10:30 p.m. Mikka is described as 5’6, 120 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark blue or purple long-sleeved pyjamas, and felt winter bootliners as his footwear. He is believed to have been carrying a black and red backpack.

Anyone with information on Mikka’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately, or if you are in the Stoney Nakoda area, flag down a member of the RCMP or Search and Rescue team.
