The UFA Bisons, who boast a few players from Airdrie, found themselves down 2-1 after one period of play on December 26 at the Mac's Midget Hockey Tournament. But they managed to pick up their game in the final 40 minutes against the Vancouver Northwest Giants, winning 6-2.
They're back on the ice, December 27, to take on the Beardy's Blackhawks in Calgary.
