A 32-year-old Sundre resident has been arrested and charged after Sundre Mounties received a complaint of an alleged sexual assault involving a volunteer with the Sundre Minor Hockey Association in late March.

"RCMP initiated an investigation and determined that there were four victims, all male teenagers," police stated.

Last Friday, April 5, Alexa Suitor was arrested and has been charged with sexual Interference, Sexual Assault, as well as four counts of Making Sexual Explicit material available to a child.

Following a Judicial Interim Release Hearing, Suitor was released on conditions to appear in the Alberta Court of Justice in Didsbury on April 22.

RCMP added that because the matter is now before the courts, and to protect the victims' privacy, no further information will be released.
