Quarterback Henry Burris ran for a touchdown and passed for another as the Calgary Stampeders avenged their Labour Day drubbing with a 30-20 victory over the Edmonton Eskimos on Friday night.

Calgary started the game with a quality opening drive but were forced to settle for a 39-yard Rene Paredes field goal.

The Stamps running game was more prominant during the game, with Burris rushing for 57 yards and a touchdown. Running Back Joffrey Reynolds led Calgary with 80 yards on 14 carries.

Ken-Yon Rambo hauled in 7 catches for 121 yards. Fellow Wide Receiver Nik Lewis caught 3 passes for 88 yards, and one touchdown.

The Stamps host former coach Wally Bouno and his 4-6 BC Lions Saturday at 5PM down at McMahon Stadium.

Coach John Hufnagel has a tough decision on his hands for the Stamps next game as Kicker Rob Maiver is eligible to return from injury, yet Paredes has been solid in relief, including going 5-6 in Friday night's win against the Esks.
