You may have read the story about some members of the Bert Church Chargers who took home major Rocky View High School Football League awards. and others that were named to the league all-star team on Sunday (May 3).  

Now it's time to let you know about players from the two other Airdrie high schools that also were award winners or all-star selections.

But first, one more award for a member of the Chargers.  Josh Christman was named to the all-star team but also was the Coach's Award winner for Bert Church.

The Coach's Award for the George McDougall Mustangs went to Kaelen Jones and for the W.H. Croxford Cavaliers, the award recipient was Emmanuel Akeredolu.

A major league award also went to a member of the Cavaliers.  Keshawn Davis picked up the Rookie of the Year.  Davis was also chosen for the RVS all-star team along with three of his teammates, Blake Kliesinger, Murtez Mansoor, and Charlie Simmons.

Three members of the Mustangs also made the all-star squad with Wyatt Anderson, Evan De Graaf, and T.D. Oulette selected.
