The Rocky View Knights are off to a good start in round one of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League (RMLL) playoffs.

The boys took the first game at home against the Calgary Mountaineers 10-8 on Friday, July 22nd.

A 4 goal performance from Brett Barron, was a huge difference maker in the close match up.

Casey MacIntyres also had a 2 goal night, which was topped off with a little help from team mates Taylor Crossley, Ryan Gould, Patrick Omeara and Randy Levick.

The Knights will have to keep it up if they hope to win the best of 5 series and go on to round two for provincials. Winner of the RMLL playoffs will head to the Presidents Cup.

Game two of the series is Sunday, July 24th at the Plainsmen Arena.
