The provincial government has enhanced the Kananaskis Conservation Pass by allowing it to accommodate up to three vehicles.

Initially, the pass only included coverage for two vehicles and one trailer per household.

With the new regulations, pass holders now have the option to register either three vehicles and a trailer or two vehicles and two trailers.

Priced at $15 per day or $90 annually, the pass assists the government in funding conservation efforts, ensuring public safety, and maintaining services and facilities within Kananaskis Country and the Bow Valley.

The changes were made because of feedback from the public according to officials.
