With the Western Hockey League season well underway Airdronian Josh Davies is showing why he was selected in the NHL draft.

In six games so far, Davies has three points, all being assists. The assists came in games against Prince Albert Raiders, Regina Pats and the Red Deer Rebels.

Although Davies is having a hot start his team is having a tougher start to their season starting out with a record of 2-6.

The Broncos next game is scheduled for Saturday against the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

Davies was selected with the 186th overall pick in the 6th round in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers on July 7.

Last season with the Broncos Davies had 36 points, 16 goals and 12 assists in 64 games played.
