The Airdrie Dragons suffered a tough loss yesterday (November 19th) to the best team in the Calgary Junior C Hockey League.

The Blackfoot Chiefs started strong from the beginning and didn't look back, beating Airdrie 8-2.

It was the second time the Dragons have lost to the Chiefs this month after a 10-4 defeat on November 8th in Calgary.

With last night's victory, the Chiefs widen their lead in the league standings with 14 points while the Dragons sit at the bottom with 2 points.

Airdrie will look for a bounce back performance on Sunday, November 26th when they host the Chestermere Lakers.
