Running back John Cornish is expected to return to the Stampeders line up next season, according to reports.

Cornish, who is a free agent, finished the 2011 season with 863 yards rushing with nine touchdowns, with only half a season played.

A press conference is expected to announce the signing late Tuesday morning.
