It was an Airdrie Cochrane showdown at the Rocky View High School Divisional Basketball Final on March 8.
The two Jr.Varsity teams from Bert Church and Cochrane High School tipped off in Springbank where the Cobras quickly developed a strangle hold on the Chargers, easily winning 67-47.
The Cochrane Cobras will move on to zones at Foothills Composite in Okotoks.
The game will be a test for the cobras team as their grade 9 and 10 players will be facing a team of grade 10's and 11's.
