143 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Alberta, including two more for the City of Airdrie.

According to the latest provincial stats, four cases of COVID-19 are active in Airdrie while 112 people have recovered. Numbers in Rocky View County are unchanged with five active cases and 94 recoveries.

Active cases across the province are down slightly to 1,520 while recoveries have increased to 15,252.

Hospitalizations, ICU admissions, and deaths have all increased to 59, 13, and 260 respectively.

To date, 1,242,263 COVID-19 tests have been completed in Alberta, including 12,317 in the past 24 hours.

On Wednesday, Dr. Deena Hinshaw announced that indoor children's play areas could reopen as long as they follow provincial guidelines.
