Airdrie's Jake Vold got all he could out of a horse called Sexy Bucks yesterday (July 7) during the second performance of the Calgary Stampede bareback riding.

Vold marked an 86.5, good for second place behind fellow Albertan Clint Laye's 88 and good for a cheque in the amount of $4,500 for the Airdrie rider.

That vaults Vold into third place in Pool "A" bareback standings with 169 points on two head.  He trails leader Laye at 173.5 and Richie Champion of Dublin, Texas with 172 points.

Today the Pool "A" group is up again with Vold taking on the horse Welcome Delivery.
