Three local teams are playing tonight in the Heritage Junior Hockey League.

The Airdrie Thunder host the Three Hills Thrashers tonight at 8 o'clock at the Ron Ebbesen Arena. The Thunder sit top of the league with an impressive record of 32-3 this season. The Thrashes on the other hand, are not having a good run this season with a record of 2-31-1.

The Mountainview Colts play the Red Deer Vipers tonight at 8 o'clock at the Didsbury Recreation Complex. The Colts sit one spot below the Vipers in third place in the Northern Division of the league. 

Another game goes tonight between the Cochrane Generals and the Coaldale Copperheads at 7 p.m. at the Cochrane Arena. The last time the two teams played, the Generals snagged the victory with a 5-4 win. Their record this season is 24-7-2 while the Copperheads are 26-7-2.
