The Rocky View High School girl's soccer season got underway yesterday (September 13) with a trio of games, two of which involved Airdrie teams.  

The George McDougall Mustangs started the season against a tough opponent in Cochrane and were soundly beaten 13 - 0.

W.H. Croxford travelled to Springbank where they also suffered a loss, falling by a 5 - 2 count.

And in Chestermere, the home team came away with a 2 - 0 win over the Bow Valley Bobcats from Cochrane.

Next league action is on Tuesday with three more games scheduled.
