The Airdrie Xtreme are still atop their division after posting a win and a tie last weekend.

Last Saturday (November 4th), the Major Bantam team put up a good fight against the Calgary Royals, eventually shutting them down at home 4-1.

Josh Davies scored the first goal of the game and assisted on the game winner from Brett Moravec, while goalie Freddie Halyk made 30 saves in the victory.

Moravec would add two more goals on the road against the Lethbridge Golden Hawks the next day in a 4-4 tie.

Craig Armstrong also had an impressive game with a goal and three assists while Tristan Zandee had the other goal for the Xtreme.

After the weekend, the Xtreme still hold top spot in the Ram South Division with 9 wins, 1 loss and 4 ties for 22 points.

The Golden Hawks are the next behind in the standings with 21 points.

The Xtreme aren't back on the ice until November 19th when they travel to Okotoks to take on the Oilers.
