The Western Hockey League enters its final weekend of regular season play with local talent hitting the ice.

Airdrie’s Barrett Sheen and the Moose Jaw Warriors not only clinched the best record in the WHL but are currently the second-ranked team in the nation.

The Warriors will take on the Brandon Wheat Kings tonight (March 16th) at 7:00.

Former Bisons star Gary Haden and the Medicine Hat Tigers have already clinched the Central Division and will look to make a statement to end the season as they take on Rocky View’s Zachary Cox and the Lethbridge Hurricanes at 7:00 pm

Finally, Brandon Machado and the Saskatoon Blades look to end their year on a positive note as they face the Prince Albert Raiders.

The Blades finished third in their division, missing out on a playoff spot this season.

Puck is set to drop on that game at 7:00 pm in Prince Albert.
