It's not the Blue Ring in Calgary or the Talus Balls in Edmonton and it's definitely, not Drumheller's T-Rex or the Pysanky in Vegreville, it's a 17 foot high dusty fingered hand holding a Cheeto in Cheadle. A pretty great piece of art for the small hamlet, in my opinion. Now the question remains, will Hawkins be next with a cheezie statue?

The art installation in Cheadle even has Cheeto's parent company talking! In a news release, Lisa Allie, senior marketing director for PepsiCo Foods Canada said,

"That's why the Cheetos brand is proud to unveil the Cheetle Hand Statue in Cheadle, Alberta—a monumental celebration of the iconic orange dust," said Lisa Allie, senior marketing director for PepsiCo Foods Canada. "Cheetos fans have always known the cheesy dust on their fingertips is part of the Cheetos experience, but now it officially has a name: Cheetle. We're excited to be celebrating Cheetle and Canadians' cheesy, Cheetle-dusted fingertips on such a grand scale and in such a uniquely mischievous way."

I was trying to come up with an idea of what Airdrie's signature piece of art could be and then figured you guys might have some great ideas! So if the city were to spend some money on an art installation for Airdrie, what would you suggest it be?
