The Airdrie Thunder are hoping to avenge their overtime loss from last weekend as they kick off action in the HJHL tonight (Oct 20).

The Thunder lost 4-3 to the Okotoks Bisons last Sunday, but still own the best record in the league at 6-1-1, as they prepare to face the only winless team in the HJHL.

The Three Hills Thrashers are 0-6 on the year so far and lost to Airdrie 5-2 back on September 23rd.

Meanwhile the Mountain View Colts and the Cochrane Generals will hope to gain some ground in their division standings when they face off tonight.

That game gets underway at 7:30pm at the Spray Lakes Sawmills Family Sports Centre.

The Thunder and Thrashers face off at 8:00pm at the Ron Ebbesen Arena.
