The pandemic caused a lot of issues with distribution, supplies and more.

From chlorine to dumbells and camping equipment, we were racing to find products that just didn't seem to be on store shelves. Certain flavours of our favourite items we shelved due to packaging issues and for things like toilet paper the absolute rush of panic made it impossible to find.

This lead some people to stock up when they found stuff and let's be real for some they really overstocked.

I missed a few of these items myself but never really fed into the whole panic buying thing, even though I'm still trying to get my hands on a PS5 I promised as a gift last Christmas.

There was one item though that I really missed during this whole thing. It may come as no surprise to most that it involves coffee, one of my truest loves in this world.

Due to an aluminum shortage, certain drinks stopped being made so companies could focus on getting their top selling brands on store shelves and during this time one of my all time favourites was discontinued.

Recently on a camping trip, I went to a gas station and they had a stockpile. Now, these weren't expired or anything but they have just been slowly coming back into rotation. I hadn't seen them anywhere else so I grabbed nine.... Yep, nine.

I love the espresso double shots and if I can find them in town, I will stock up again. So this got me thinking about other stuff that might be making its way back onto shelves and if anyone else has been stocking up to kill the long awaited craving, or is it just me?
