There were reports that a child had been injured after being hit by a van while the child was on their bicycle. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Prairie Springs Drive and 8th Street.

There are no details on the extent of injuries or the age of the bicyclist, but emergency crews were on the scene earlier this morning.
