Halfway through the swimming season and the Nose Creek Swim Association is all smiles.

Several young athletes went to Edmonton last weekend for the Spring Championships and came home with plenty of big moments to share.

A total of 10 medals were won over the 3 day event, 5 of them from the great work of Alex Sharpe. The Para Swimmer took home 5 Bronze medals in the 100 metre breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle, the 200 metre individual medley and the 50 metre freestyle.

Michael Schaan took home a silver medal and beat the club record in the 50 metre breaststroke.

Sean Penner and Jordynn Roscher were the other medal winners with Penner claiming a silver and Roscher winning 3 bronze.

The club is off for the next week and resumes competition on March 26th.
