Aurora enthusiasts were once again dazzled by the Northern Lights on Thursday evening as they snaked their way across the Alberta Skies.
For those who weren't able to catch Mother Nature's amazing light show, here are some of our favourite photos from locals. And if you're wanting to get your very own incredible snaps of the Aurora Borealis, according to the Aurora forecast website, Friday March 24 is promising to have another very strong possibility of the Northern lights being visible.
"Active aurora possible with slight chance of isolated minor auroral substorms and favourable conditions for major aurora activity," the website stated.
The only troubling aspect is that local forecasts in Airdrie and the surrounding areas are predicting cloud cover during the evening hours, which can hamper aurora watching.
