Sun's out, tongues out!

Saturday (May 26th) was a day for dog lovers in Airdrie and Cochrane. It was the 17th annual Cochrane Mutt Strut and the 2nd annual Airdrie Mutt Strut as well!

Dog parents and their furchildren gathered together at the Cochrane Humane Society bright and early to commence their 1k & 5k struts. The proceeds raised went to the shelter, to ensure the animals have their many needs covered. It was a beautiful day with a great turnout.

After the strut, our 4 legged friends were treated to fresh cold water, treats and many scratches behind the ears. In the meantime, their humans got to enjoy a yummy BBQ, cake and carnival games!

Be sure to stay tuned for next year and get your mutt's ready to strut!
