The collision has now been cleared. 

Earlier on Wednesday morning, there were reports of a collision heading Southbound on the QEII highway close to the 40th Avenue overpass.

Witnesses stated that traffic slowed to a crawl and was backed up till at least Yankee Valley Boulevard.
