A multi-vehicle collision along the Trans Canada Highway has Cochrane RCMP asking drivers to stay home.
Mounties report traffic is currently at a standstill along Hwy 1 at Hwy 40 on the Stoney Nakoda First Nation.
Police anticipate it will remain this way for some time while vehicles are removed from the roads.
Current scene of #ABhwy1 westbound just before #Canmore — apparently around 70 car pile up!
