The AC Avalanche's winning streak came to an end on December 13.

Despite two goals from captain Ethan Strang, the Avalanche fell 5-3 to the CNHA Canucks in Calgary.

Prior to the loss, the Cochrane hockey team hadn't lost since November 27th
