The Airdrie Thunder played 40 minutes of excellent hockey November 11 against the team from Three Hills. They were quick on the transition play; they cleared rebounds from in front of their net; and they poured on the offence. All this hard work resulted in a well deserved 2 - 1 lead after forty minutes of play.

Unfortunately they came out in the third period and let the Thrashers dictate the pace of the game, resulting in three goals for Three HIlls and one for Airdrie in the final twenty minutes. The final score was 4 to 3 for Three Hills.

The Thunder head to Medicine Hat November 12 to take on the Cubs. That game starts at 3:15.
