Today (April 28) might seem like a bad day to spend indoors, but when you consider everything there is to see and do at the annual Airdrie Home and Lifestyle Show that's on this weekend at Genesis Place, spending a few hours taking in the event just might turn out to be a great way to spend your time.  

The show, which is on today and again tomorrow, features over 200 exhibitors, making it the biggest lifestyle consumer event in Airdrie and Rocky View County.

Your $5 admission, free for children under 12 when accompanied by an adult, lets you enjoy the wide variety of entertainment, have a chance to win prizes and take in all the exhibitor's booths. 

The event runs today until 5:00 pm and tomorrow from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  There is free parking at both Genesis Place and the Ron Ebbesen Arena.
