A 14 year old female goalie from Airdrie put up stats this season that even Carey Price might be envious of.

Jocelyn Pearce who tends goal for the Olds Grizzlys was named the top goalie in the Alberta Female Hockey League's Bantam Elite Division.

In 13 regular season games, Pearce compiled a spectacular 11 - 1 and 1 record with a league best .950 save percentage and a 1.07 goals against average.  To top it off, she also had five shutouts in the process.

The award is given by the Female Alberta Development Model Committee and recognizes outstanding commitment and passion for the game as recognized by her peers, coaches and fellow league members.
