AC Avalanche try to keep their winning trend alive

The Minor Midget AAA AC Avalanche hit the ice in an away game January 28, to face off against the CNHA Blazers.

Though the team has been doing great, currently on a 5 game winning streak, Coach Terry Sydoryk says they haven't been without their problems this season.

Sydoryk wants the team to focus on their defensive plays as they try to keep their win trend alive and injuries at bay when the puck drops at 7:30pm.

The rest of the regular season the Avalanche won't be see any play time against the top seed teams.

Sydoryk hopes that the team will still be able to keep in top form playing lower ranked teams for when they reach the round robin championship games.
