Airdrie RCMP continues to investigate a crash yesterday afternoon (July 23) between a motorcycle and an SUV. 

Police responded to the incident around 2:50 pm on Highway 567 and Range Road 282.

EMS confirmed that the motorcyclist was found dead on the scene while one occupant of the SUV was airlifted to a Calgary hospital.

Traffic was diverted for several hours while RCMP remained on scene to investigate.
