Crossfield issues boil water advisory after service disruption
The Town of Crossfield has issued a boil water advisory following Thursday’s disruption in water service. Related Stories: Crossfield imposes Level 3 water restrictions after disruption The advisory says all residents and businesses must bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, making infant formula or juices, brushing teeth, washing raw foods or making ice. The town called the measure precautionary and said it remains in effect until further notice. Earlier Thursday, Crossfield imposed Level 3 water restrictions, banning outdoor watering, commercial and industrial use, and closing the bulk water station.
