The RCMP has confirmed that an arrest was made, though there are no details as to the charges. 

Early in the evening on Saturday a heavy police presence was spotted on Windsong Boulevard on the Southside of the 40th Avenue traffic circle.

Multiple police cars were blocking the road and police officers are talking to residents. The operation has now concluded and roads are once again open.
