$49,418.55 was the total amount raised this year for the Airdrie Health Foundation thanks to the Tim Hortons smile cookie campaign.

Michelle Bates, the Executive Director of the Airdrie Health Foundation mentioned the foundation is so grateful for all of Airdrie supporting them and how the volunteers made a huge difference.

"It's amazing for them to say, 'I'll do it one day' and then they're done their shift and say they'll be back tomorrow. It means so much to them and it means so much to Airdrie. So, it's great."

Dave Willies, one of the owners of a Tim Hortons in Airdrie mentioned they are so happy they are able to partner up with the Airdrie Health Foundation for this cause.

The funds raised will go towards the highest priority at the Foundation.

Another amazing achievement is that four Airdrie Tim Hortons made the top 10 for most funds raised in the Calgary area. The Tim Hortons just off of Yankee Valley was ranked #1 with the Tims just off of Veterans Boulevard being #2, Midtowns Tims being #6 and East Lake's Tims being #8.

According to Willies, they hope to see Airdrie raise $55,000 for the Health Foundation.
