There are quite a few chances for you to enjoy Hallowe'en shenanigans in Airdrie this year!

For the family, the Boys and Girls Club will be opening their annual Haunted House at Iron Horse Park on Thursday, October 27. Thru Saturday, October 29, pop down between 6 and 9 pm nightly to enjoy rides on the Ghost Train and risk being scared in the Haunted House. Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is only $5 per person, with all proceeds going to the BGCB. For more info, visit bgcairdrie.com.

If you miss that, bring the family down to the Airdrie Legion from 1 to 6 pm on Sunday, October 30 where the 88 Lynx Air Cadets will be holding THEIR Haunted House. There will be face painting, a photo booth, pumpkin art, and goodie bags for everybody. Cost is $5 a person or $17 for a family of four. Proceeds go to the Air Cadets.

Adults can leave the kids at home, put on their favourite costume and head down to DIck's Pub on Saturday, October 29 for Airdrie Pro Rodeo's Masquerade Party. Tickets are $20 and include a roast beef buffet dinner as well as a live and silent auction. For more info and to get your tickets, give Dick's a call at (403) 945-3036.

And if none of that strikes your fancy, you can always stay home, rent a scary movie and hand out treats to the little ghouls that show up at your door.
