The scene of an accident earlier this morning has been cleared. 

Tracy called earlier today and said there was a collision that slowing down traffic under the bridge to the QE2 on Yankee Valley Blvd. Only one of the three lanes was getting through.

It was blocking traffic westbound and crews were on the scene dealing with the situation.
