The Airdrie RCMP Detachment is asking for the public assistance in two cases: a theft from Cross Iron Mills and a located spool of cable.

On April 1, at around 8:30 p.m, three male suspects entered the Sunglasses Hut in Cross Iron Mills. Two of the suspects distracted workers while the third suspect grabbed sunglasses and stored them in his pockets.

The suspects are estimated to be around 25-years-old and to be of East Indian descent.

RCMP are also looking for the owner of a spool of fibre optic cable that was earlier believed and reported to be copper wire. It was found in January just north of Township 264 and west of Range Road 284 in Rocky View County in a well site.

Anyone with any information regarding either of the cases is encouraged to contact the Airdrie RCMP detachment.
