Wildrose Party supporters and candidates from across the province filled Airdrie's Town and Country Centre on Wednesday night for a dinner with live and silent auctions. Party member and local MLA Rob Anderson says he was delighted with the success of the event.

He talks about how much was raised and said the high attendance wasn't entirely unexpected.

The money raised from the auctions will go towards the Wildrose election campaigns for Airdrie and the surrounding area.

Anderson says his party feels "the tides are turning and the winds of change are blowing", calling the upcoming  provincial election "a game-changer".
