The court case involving the semi driver that collided with the Humboldt Broncos team bus has been moved to January 8th.  

 29-year-old Jaskarit Singh Sindhu is facing 16 charges of dangerous driving causing death and 13 charges of dangerous driving causing bodily harm. 

16 people were killed and 13 others injured in the crash including Airdrie's own Ryan Strazchnitski who was paralyzed from the accident. 

The court case was adjourned once again for the fifth time. 

The charge of dangerous driving causing death has a maximum penalty of 14 years in prison while dangerous driving causing bodily harm has a maximum of 10.
