At approximately 7:11 p.m., RCMP received a report of shots fired at the mall.

One male was injured and the suspect is still at large.

The mall was under a "Shelter in Place" while officers cleared the mall store by store.

RCMP advise the public to stay away from the area so that they can do their jobs safely.

Calgary Police say "the incident was NOT an active shooter and was believed to be a targeted attack. We do not believe there to be any further risk to public."

Air 106.1's Leah Murray spoke with a witness at the scene.

Another woman named "Cindy" who works in the mall describes her experience.

RCMP taped off a large section of the parking area outside the mall while they searched the parking lot for evidence.

We will continue to update as more details become available.
