Rocky View County has issued a warning about overland flooding, joining other municipalities that have done so today (April 23rd).

Earlier, the Village of Beiseker declared a local state of emergency as it was dealing with overland flooding inside its borders.

The County issued the warning just before 4:00 pm today with several roads being closed as a result of the flooding.

Rocky View joins other counties including Vulcan and Red Deer County who issued warnings and alerts earlier today.
