The committee in charge of figuring out how to disperse and divide the money raised in the Humboldt Broncos Bus Crash GoFundMe page has made their recommendations.

Its been nearly seven months since the tragic Humboldt Broncos bus crash that claimed the lives of sixteen and injured thirteen others including Airdrie's own Ryan Straznichtki.

The public raised $15.2 million in the online GoFundMe campaign and after seven months the committee in charge of dividing the money among the victims have made their recommendation.

The committee is recommending that each family of one of the deceased victims receives $525,000 while the survivors receive $475,000 each.

The recommendations still need to be approved by the court and that is expected to take place on November 28th.
