If you're a fan of the Airdrie Public Library, then you can let all of Alberta know about it.

The Library Association of Alberta will hand out their "YOU Library" Award in April and Airdrie is on the list.

Airdrie Public Library received a nomination in large part to their Smart Locker system which allows you to pick up books at Genesis Place.

Other Libraries vying for the YOU Award include Caroline, Edmonton and Lac La Biche.

The award is a people's choice honour which means it's all up to you and your friends to vote. The last day is on March 31st.
